I am a certified roofing contractor here on Indy’s westside who recently had the pleasure to work with Jessica and one of her sellers. As we all know selling a home becomes a big challenge especially after inspections occur, lenders require response, and time frames become smaller and smaller.
After meeting with Jessica’s seller to inspect the roof I realized immediately that she was taking accountability in those variables and making the process for the homeowner as smooth as possible. I was grateful to assist with the roof inspection and report, as she tackled many issues including sewage problems with the property and troubles with the lender. After following up I learned the home sold on the closing date, (just 5 days after my inspection) and both parties are happy.
